Refund and Returns Policy

 

At Clear Drop Purifiers, we are committed to providing you with high-quality water purifiers and a hassle-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your water purifier or related product for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • All manuals, accessories, and parts must be included.

  • Returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

  • Used or installed items are not eligible for return unless defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact@cleardroppurifiers.com or call us at +1 (781) 963-4971. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • If the return is not approved (e.g., missing parts or signs of use), the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or is malfunctioning, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used filters or cartridges

  • Opened UV lamps

  • Water testing kits (if opened or used)

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different model or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
